Steinfeld Law has acted for The West London Mission (WLM) on their joint venture with The Pret Foundation.
Under the new partnership, the Pret Foundation will provide funding for at least thirteen supported living spaces in Pret House, an existing WLM facility which is to be refurbished under the new partnership and operated by WLM.
Pret House will provide accommodation and access to expert advice and support to empower homeless people and assist them in transitioning into the private rented market.
