We advise a wide spectrum of clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and start-ups, high-net-worth individuals and small family companies, to large established companies and sophisticated investors. Steinfeld Law is often said to ‘punch above its weight’ – we are a small firm but this does not prevent us handling large scale transactions as you will see from our recent transactions. Most transactions we can handle ourselves (working alongside accountants and tax advisors if required) but for the biggest transactions we provide services akin to an external general counsel, so that our clients receive a seamless personal service managed by solicitors they know and trust.
