Additionally, we are pleased also to advise on rights to light, lease surrenders, lease renewals and opposition to renewal leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.

As the majority of the firm’s work is corporate, we support any commercial acquisition or disposal if they have a property element and will carry out all relevant due diligence and complement any transactional documentation with property warranties where appropriate.

Residential Property

We regularly act for clients on a wide range of residential transactions be it the purchase or sale of a leasehold flat or freehold house, the off-plan acquisition of a property on a new development or a residential lease extension. We offer a quick, proactive service with full reporting and high levels of attention to detail. Our experience in handling residential transactions means that we understand quite how personal such moments can be to an individual, requiring a solicitor who appreciates the timescales involved and is alive to the worries and concerns of their client.
