Steinfeld Law acted for green property technology startup REsustain Limited as it raised circa. £2 million in EIS eligible equity investment across two seed funding rounds.
REsustain, which was founded by a team with experience across the engineering, science, technology, real estate and asset management sectors, aims to use its bespoke software to measure, benchmark and improve the energy efficiency of commercial buildings.
In addition to acting on the two funding rounds, Steinfeld Law also advised REsustain on its shareholder arrangements ahead of seed funding and on the implementation of an EMI employee option scheme.
