Ermioni joined the Steinfeld Law team as a paralegal in October 2025, having completed the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at the University of Law. Graduating from the University of Nottingham with a First Class LLB, Ermioni then went on to obtain her LLM from the London School of Economics.
Ermioni assists the partners across the firm’s corporate, commercial and real estate practices, providing vital support spanning a wide range of transactional and advisory work. Before joining Steinfeld Law, Ermioni spent time working in corporate and financial services in her native Luxembourg where she gained strong experience in corporate governance, transactional support and cross-border matters.
Recognised for her highly organised and proactive approach, Ermioni is committed to delivering high-quality support to Steinfeld Law’s clients. She is multilingual, being fluent in Spanish, French and Greek in addition to English.
Outside of the office, Ermioni loves discovering new corners of London, finding great places to eat with friends and keeping active at the gym.
