Steinfeld Law advised New World Private Equity Partners (“NWPE”), the independent private equity investment firm that backs growing profitable businesses, on the £1 million (US$1.6m) equity investment led by NWPE in Silicon Roundabout-based social media data analytics provider, Likely Limited.
The transaction was handled by our corporate team led by Michael Steinfeld, and involved preparing the investor side documentation as well as the subscription and shareholder agreement between the existing shareholders and new investors into Likely Limited. The investment will enable Likely Limited to expand their sales and marketing efforts on an international scale and build a product development team in the UK.
