Set-up by long-term friends, J.P Leclef and Hoss Faridany, Noxy Bros serves first-rate coffee, bagels and shakes at multiple locations across London including the Burlington Arcade and The Bower in Old Street.
Steinfeld Law was instructed to act on behalf of Noxy Bros. in the negotiation of its new lease at 9 Russell Square, occupying a prime corner unit comprised of approximately 947 sq. ft GIA, in addition to an external terrace.
