Steinfeld Law acted for the Burstein family, founders of the renowned London-based fashion retailer, Browns, on its sale to the multibrand online fashion retailer, Farfetch, for an undisclosed sum.
Browns will be run independently from the Farfetch business, with both Simon and Caroline Burstein remaining as advisors to the business and members of its board of directors.
Farfetch was represented by Taylor Wessing.
