Steinfeld Law acted for Be a Bear, a global digital strategy agency that prides itself on being ‘strategic, analytical, obsessive and conscious’, on the implementation of a new tax advantaged employee share scheme to incentivise key employees.
In addition to drafting the option scheme documents, Steinfeld Law also prepared new articles of association for Be a Bear and carried out a reorganisation of its share capital in order to facilitate implementation of the scheme.
