Steinfeld Law LLP acted for HT Digital Ltd on its US$ 10,000,000 strategic funding round valuing the company at US$ 85,000,000. ht.digital is a leading audit, accountancy and advisory firm in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space and is majority owned by the leading accountancy firm Harris & Trotter LLP. The equity funding was provided by key strategic investors led by Orbs, a leader in the cryptocurrency and blockchain technology sector and also including Kingsway Capital and RE7 Capital.
