Steinfeld Law acted for the investors, including the lead investor Sir Lloyd Dorfman, on an investment in Silverwell Technology Limited. The investment comprised a combination of newly issued debt and equity as well as share purchases from minority shareholders and gives the investor group a significant minority shareholding.
Silverwell has developed the DIAL system, an innovative gas lift production optimisation system for the oil industry.
Sir Lloyd Dorfman will be joining the board as a non-executive director.
