Steinfeld Law has acted for Inviqa Group Limited, a leading UK-based digital strategy agency on the establishment of an Enterprise Management Incentive (‘EMI’) employee option scheme.

Inviqa craft game-changing digital experiences, combining strategy, customer insight and technology engineering to create digital experiences for businesses that aim to change the game for them and their customers. Previous clients include Virgin Trains, Arsenal FC and the National Theatre.

Steinfeld Law worked closely with Inviqa’s accountants, Harris & Trotter LLP, to establish and implement the scheme as a tax efficient way of granting their employees share options to reward their loyalty to Inviqa and incentivise future performance.
