Steinfeld Law acts for leading London-based restaurateur on establishment of consultancy business

Steinfeld Law was delighted to act on behalf of Paul McKenna, the renowned London-based restaurateur, as he established Red Branch Hospitality – his own full-service creative and advisory agency providing innovative and strategic counsel to the hospitality industry.

Born in Ireland to a family of restaurateurs, Paul’s first major role was leading the opening team for Sushinho in Chelsea. In 2013, Paul began working with Des McDonald, the former CEO of Caprice Holdings, with whom he opened the Holborn Dining Room based in London’s Rosewood Hotel, Q Grill and The Fish and Chip Shop, among others.

To-date, Red Branch Hospitality have worked on various projects for the Irish-owners Doyle Collection, repositioning their bars across the UK (including The Marylebone Hotel), Ireland (including The Westbury in Dublin) and the USA (including The Dupont Circle in Washington DC).

Steinfeld Law has advised Paul on the incorporation of his business including the drafting and negotiation of consultancy agreements for various large-scale projects which are currently on-going.

A life-long friend of trainee solicitor, Jonty Steinfeld, whom he met during Jonty’s hospitality days, Paul remains one of the very brightest stars in London’s restaurant world and Steinfeld Law look forward to providing all of Red Branch’s legal needs as the business continues to grow.
