Steinfeld Law acts for London-based gym and fitness provider

Steinfeld Law has provided a range of key corporate and business law advice to the innovative new London-based gym and fitness business, Work It Group Limited (trading as ‘Manor’).

Manor was founded by former professional MMA fighter, Charlie Enstone-Watts, and sets itself apart from its competitors with a unique approach to fitness training. Housed in a range of edgy locations around London, Manor’s coaches are experts in training who pride themselves in “no egos, no gimmicks, no fads – just hard graft and good vibes” and offer a range of goal based strength and conditioning programmes which encourage continuous improvement, helping to build stronger bodies and fitter minds.

Over a number of years Steinfeld Law has worked closely with Manor and advised them and acted for them on a number of matters throughout the development and growth of the business, including:

  • Shareholder arrangements and share transfers;
  • Loan arrangements between shareholders and the company; and
  • Key licence and management agreements between Manor and The Office Group (TOG) pursuant to which Manor now operate 9 gyms within TOG buildings.
