Overlooking the canal in London’s Kensal Rise, Jaego’s House and the adjoining Kensal House Nursery is a pioneering family members club catering to children and grown-ups alike. This is the Little Houses Group’s first site. Charlie Gardiner, Little Houses Group’s founder, is an entrepreneur with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, having founded the Incipio Group whose portfolio includes Pergola, The Prince and Percys.Steinfeld Law acted for Little Houses Group on the long-term lease of Jaego’s House.
