Steinfeld Law advised the Dorfman family, who have a significant stake in the Everyman Media Group, in connection with its raising of approximately £7 million through a placing valuing the company in the region of £30 million and on its flotation on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.
The Everyman Media Group owns and operates cinemas across London, the South East and Leeds under the “Everyman” brand, showing a wide array of mainstream, art house and classic films.
Steinfeld Law also advised Charles Dorfman on his appointment as a non–executive director of the Everyman Media Group.
